Digital Help to Grow Scheme

Businesses will be able to get free, impartial online support on how technology can boost their performance from December.

Eligible businesses will also be able to get up to 50% discount on the costs of approved digital software, capped at £5,000.

The Help to Grow Scheme will support businesses with the adaptations they have had to make during the pandemic and build on their new ways of working. In addition, the scheme will help businesses plan for the future, ensure they are being innovative and give them the best chance to compete and grow.

Vouchers are expected to be available for software that helps:

• Build customer relationships and increase sales (CRM systems)
• Make the most of selling online
• Manage their accounts and finances digitally

Vouchers will be available for UK businesses that:

• Have between 5 and 249 employees
• Are registers at Companies House and are a registered society listed on the Financial Conduct Authority’s Mutuals Register.
• Have been trading for more than 12 months
• Are purchasing the approved software for the first time.
