COVID-19 and Business Lending

Whilst there has been talk on the relaxation of business lending, there is still little detail beyond the following headlines:

• The current loan scheme is to be extended so more small business can benefit
• There will be a new scheme announce to support larger firms not currently eligible for loans
• Lenders are to be banned from requesting personal guarantees on loans under £250,000
• The Chancellor wants banks to move quickly to support the economy, jobs and businesses.
