Paper forms submitted to HMRC on or after April 6, 2023, will be refused because they do not adhere to the format requirements. HMRC will provide guidance on how to provide them properly, but this will undoubtedly lead to delays. Additionally, amendments submitted on paper will no longer be allowed.
